OPPORTUNITIES
It is very necessary for the university to keep male athletes on campus in order to keep their grades on a high level (higher then 2.0 GPA). If their GPA falls under 2.0 they are not eligible and so UT can loose valuable players and valuable achievements. If they live on campus they have a much better chance to do well in school because of the plenty of advantages that campus provides(its location help athletes to gain time hence the place to eat, to practice, to work out, to recover are all very close, and study hall also becomes easily available every day).
There is two possible ways to solve the problem. Either the university provides a new dorm (on campus) for male athletes with better conditions than Jester, or UT lets them to move to San Jacinto dorm. The first option requires much more money than San Jacinto, so that I propose to let male athletes move there starting with the fall semester of 2004.
