Evaluation Arguments

Chapter 10 of Everything's an Argument discusses how evaluation arguments are developed. A key component of evaluation arguments seems to be what the textbook calls "criteria of evaluation."

How do you understand the term "criteria of evaluation"? How is it different or similar to the way we use criteria in definition arguments? Please focus both on similarities and differences in the term and its practical use.

I can't remember the criteria of evaulation or at least how it is defined. But I would expect that you would have to evaluate the information and digest it and then interpret its relevance. with definition arguments you generally categorize things. and that is all i have time for.
