It's Halil speaking :)... I am a 16 year old freshman from Cyprus majoring in physics. Cyprus??? It's an island in the Mediterranean Sea, to the south of Turkey. The population is about 1 million with 800 thousand Greek and 200 thousand Turkish speaking residents. I'm a Turkish Cypriot. The island has dry hot (when I say hot, I mean HOT, up to 45 degrees C; i.e. 113 degrees F ) summers and mild winters with little rain. It nearly never rains in summer. But the summer session in Cyprus is quite long (from mid-May to late Septemer) :) .
We have too many tourists attractions as beaches and historic places. So if you are in need to have holiday in a peaceful environment, Cyprus will be welcoming you!!!...
