Ronin

Leary's "The Cyberpunk: The Individual as Reality Pilot"

I am intrigued by the notion of everyone having a little "Ronin" in themseves. I think this is important in achieving goals which may seam improbable to most. These goals are not necessarily selfish or selfless. A ronin in what I understand is someone who realizes that he is the only one who is living in his world; What I mean is that no one else can see through his eyes, therefore everyone is living in a different world and must find content through different means. At the same time a ronin may realize that everyone is in this same boat and so is not trying to "step on anyone's toes" or even set examples for people, but merely trying to do what makes sense to himself/herself. If someone is drawn in to the path a ronin walks, great; although it does not make them a ronin. But if they are inspired by a ronins attitude and use this inspiration to better understand there own meaning then perhaps direction is all that is left for them find the ronin in themselves.
