Roleplaying chat

-- Option 2: Public Figures Chat

Though roleplaying can be fun, trying to portray a known public figure can be quite difficult. I chose to be Robin Williams for the chat, but I think it ended up being a little more than I could handle. Robin Williams is a comedic genius and whether he's actually doing stand-up or not, he acts like he's always on. I spent more time trying to come up with material as fast as he could than actually guessing who everyone else was. Which is also why I think I chose one of the more difficult roles for people to guess. As Robin Williams, I could have answered questions as randomly as possible, never addressing what exactly was being asked, but then the game never would have ended. But I had to throw in something like "I once attempted to be an old woman" so that everone wasn't completely clueless...it was also the biggest give-away.
The easiest personae to figure out was Paris Hilton...the excessive use of the word 'hot' was the obvious clue. Martin Luther King Jr. was the second easiest with mentioning racial equality. It did get a little confusing with two Kanye Wests (though I don't know much about Kanye West anyway,so that was particularly difficult for me)but probably the hardest of them was Hunter S. Thompson. Though famous, it's just not as obvious a choice for anyone to be.
But, in all, it was a good game.
